Welcome to Fragella API ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fragella API services and website (https://api.fragella.com/). By accessing or using the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the API.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Fragella API to develop, implement, and operate applications that interface with our services.
Access to the API is subject to the usage limits corresponding to your chosen subscription plan (Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise), as detailed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to monitor your API usage and, if you exceed the applicable limits, we may suspend or terminate your access or charge you for overages as per your plan.

Certain API access tiers, including Pay As You Go, may include both a variable usage charge and a recurring base fee. By subscribing to such a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as listed on the Pricing page.
The Pay As You Go plan includes a $2 monthly base fee that covers API infrastructure, hosting, and availability costs, in addition to per-request metered charges. This base fee will be charged at the start of each billing cycle and is non-refundable once the cycle begins.
For the Pay As You Go plan, you will be billed automatically and immediately once your accrued usage charges reach a predefined billing threshold (e.g., $10.00).
For subscribers on the Pro Plan, once the monthly included request quota is exhausted, overage charges will begin to accrue. These accrued overage charges will also be billed automatically and immediately once they reach a predefined billing threshold (e.g., $10.00). The accrual counter for overage charges will then reset, and this process will repeat for any subsequent overages within the billing cycle.
We may update or modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the API after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all paid subscription plans, including base fees for Pay As You Go, are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the developer dashboard. To manage or cancel your plan, log into your account, navigate to your managed subscription settings (located near your account profile/email address), and select the cancellation option.
Standard Plan Cancellations: For standard fixed-tier plans, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any fees already paid or for any accrued overage charges up to the date of cancellation.
Pay As You Go Cancellations: If you are subscribed to the Pay As You Go plan, you will be presented with two cancellation options:
The Fragella API, its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to data, text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site) are the property of Fragella API and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE FRAGELLA API IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE API'S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE API WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
While we strive for the highest possible data accuracy, you acknowledge that the API provides data on an "as-is" basis. Some data fields or entries may be missing or incomplete, and we are actively working to identify and fill these gaps. However, we represent that, to the best of our knowledge, data related to "perfume accords" is 100% complete.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAGELLA API, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE API.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fragella API, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the API, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the API immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the API will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our API after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the API.
We strive to provide reliable and timely support to our developers; however, all technical support is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee specific response times or issue resolution timeframes.
While you may contact our support team at any time, please be aware that response times will vary, and support availability is significantly limited on weekends and major holidays. We prioritize critical infrastructure issues, but general inquiries or integration assistance will be addressed during standard business hours.
All API subscription fees, base charges, and accrued overage charges are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods, unused API request quotas, or accidental overages.
We recognize that exceptional circumstances sometimes arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may email [email protected] with the details of your request. All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contacting support does not guarantee that a refund or account credit will be issued.
